Mr. Mark Rauenzahn is the Chief Executive Officer of Producto. Prior to this role he was the General Manager of Sundyne, LLC a highly engineered pump and compressor manufacturer. Under Mr. Rauenzahn’ s leadership Sundyne grew revenue, EBITDA, and diversified the sales into the energy markets.

Before Sundyne, Mr. Rauenzahn worked for Integer Holdings Corporation under various roles from Director of Procurement to Director of Operations overseeing various sites in Malaysia and Ireland. He oversaw product development and manufacturing at the Galway facility and helped them grow revenue substantially at this time. Additionally, he focused on continuous improvement driving operational efficiencies at the site.

Before Integer Holdings Mr. Rauenzahn spent time at United Technologies with roles of increasing responsibility. He started in the United Technologies Operations Leadership Program and held roles as Operations Manager and Commodity Manager. He spent a significant amount of time in Poland and India helping to set up and start operations in those countries.

Mr. Rauenzahn holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from IE Business School located in Madrid Spain.

In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, rock climbing, hiking and spending time with family.

Mrs. Trust is Producto’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining The Producto Group, Alyson served as Vice President of Finance and Acting CFO at Duchateau, where she led treasury management, risk mitigation, and financial strategy across multiple subsidiaries. She implemented robust cash flow models, streamlined budgeting and forecasting processes, and executed cost-saving initiatives that enhanced profitability and operational efficiency. Previously, as Vice President of Finance and Controller at JBT Inc., she managed financial reporting, developed 10-year capital expenditure models, and restructured corporate debt to improve financial health. Her background also includes financial analysis and business strategy roles at Accenture, where she spearheaded operational improvements for major clients.

Alyson holds an MBA with a dual emphasis in Finance and International Business from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Rhode Island. She has also completed international studies in Hong Kong, Rio de Janeiro, and Dubai. In her free time, Alyson enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, as well as competing in equestrian show jumping.

Mrs. Caitlin Barnhart serves as Producto’s Human Resources and Marketing Manager. Caitlin has been an integral part of our marketing and communications team, successfully crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that significantly elevated our brand awareness and strengthened the growth of the company. Her strong leadership and communication skills will be invaluable in enhancing our human resources initiatives and promoting a positive work environment throughout our divisions.

Before joining Producto, Mrs. Barnhart was the Marketing and Communications Manager for the Global Grinding Group at Fives Group, operating from the Fives Landis Corp office in Hagerstown, MD. In this global role, she adeptly integrated inbound and outbound marketing efforts, solidifying Fives Group’s presence in the grinding industry. She collaborated extensively with various teams, including sales, innovation, HR, and executive management, to drive cohesive and effective marketing strategies. During her tenure at Fives, Mrs. Barnhart developed two pivotal tools: a sales tool centralizing global marketing materials to ensure consistent access across all divisions and a marketing and sales playbook that detailed sales platforms and marketing initiatives, serving as an essential resource for new team members.

Mrs. Barnhart holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts with a concentration in graphic design from Shepherd University and an MBA with a marketing concentration from Colorado Technical University. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and baking a range of sweet treats in the kitchen.

Karen Rhodes is the General Manager of Ring Precision, bringing over a decade of experience and dedication to the company. Since joining Ring Precision in 2009, Karen has played a crucial role in elevating the customer service team, ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Her steadfast commitment and proven leadership have solidified her as an invaluable asset to the organization.

Previously, as Customer Service Manager for The Producto Group, Karen optimized support operations and enhanced client satisfaction by proactively addressing client needs and providing solutions aligned with the company’s commitment to service. Before her tenure with Ring Precision, she served as a Program Manager for Bureau Veritas Certification in Jamestown, NY, where she managed and trained a team of 13 customer service representatives, providing technical expertise and high-level customer service for key accounts.

In her free time Karen enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She enjoys going on adventures with her family and friends that could include anything from a day trip to a nearby town checking out a new restaurant to flying away for a golfing adventure for a week.

Jim started working for Ring Precision in 1999 at the age of 20 in the drilling department. Over the next few years, he took on a position in the tool room, and from there was quickly promoted to be the 2^nd shift supervisor. After several years of holding that position, he moved to a 1^st shift production supervisor role which he held until he was promoted to operations manager in 2022.

Over the course of 20 years at Ring Precision, including in his supervisory roles, Jim mastered much of the equipment inside the building. This includes CNC Peel Grinders, CNC Wire EDM Machines, CNC Swiss Turn Machines, as well as all of the manual grinding and drilling equipment.

Jim works with many of the departments including purchasing and engineering to help streamline manufacturing processes. He spends much of his time on the shop floor mentoring, coaching and developing the next generation of toolmakers.

When Jim is not in the office, he enjoys being on the golf course with his Father and Brothers, and spending time with friends.

Mr. David Lobb is the Technical Sales Engineer for Ring Precision. David began his career at Jamestown Precision Tooling starting in production and quickly moved to process engineering and customer service functions. Prior to joining Ring Precision, Mr. Lobb worked as an estimator at WeberKnapp.

Since April 2000, David has been an invaluable asset to Ring Precision, with 24 years of dedicated service. While his primary role is in estimating, he seamlessly lends his expertise to various departments, including customer service and engineering. David plays a pivotal role within the Ring team, offering unwavering support to clients and contributing significantly to engineering and operations.

David received an associate degree in mechanical engineering from Jamestown Community College in Jamestown, NY. In his free time, David cherishes quality time with his family and any outdoor activities, particularly spending time at his camp, boating and skiing.  His lifelong passion is cars and enjoys taking his to local car shows.
